THE CHALLENGE

 

As an agile team from Cybercom, our task was to re-design an existing web application and build a responsive solution, mobile first, with support for different languages. The greatest UX challenge in this project was taking an application that is perceived to be controlling in its nature, to something that users feel is valuable to them and a seamless experience.


I drove the design process of the application where we re-designed the flow, interaction design and copywriting. I delivered designs ready for implementation and created the Jira's for the front-end developers. I also re-designed the online user feedback survey. Following this I also created a  template for monthly summaries of user feedback, as well as a first report.
