PROJECT 1 - TASK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM


The project was to design a new task management system for case workers. I joined the project as a third UX designer. I had two responsibilities:

  • Synchronize the design projects involved in order to create a cohesive user experience.
  • Identify needs and prototype ”common” parts in the task management system that all case workers would navigate around.


Key activites


  • Arranging weekly work meetings and stand-ups with ux designers of the projects involved
  • User research (Contextual interviews, focus groups, interviews)

PROJECT 2 - WEB APP FOR SERVICE OFFICE WORKERS


In this project I prototyped a web application for workers at service offices that would help them gather necessary information from a person moving to Sweden, and ultimately create a task for case workers at the Swedish Tax Agency.

PROJECT 3 - TEMPORARY WORK IN SWEDEN


Ux designer for two new products. One allowing private individuals to register for a certain tax in Sweden, the other for foreign companies registering a company in Sweden.
